Dirty Dozen

12 mins + warm up & cool down.

1 min per exercise, record total reps. 

  • Press Ups

  • Squats

  • Star Jumps

  • Sit ups

  • Walkouts

  • Plank Jacks

  • Get me Ups

  • Half Sits

  • Hand release press-up

  • Cherry Pickers

  • Squat thrusts (double Leg)

  • Burpees

Repeat weekly and see your improvement!
