Gerrard likes his sessions to be varied with cardio, strength and games sections to get the maximum benefit for your efforts. Having spent years as a bootcamp instructor, his sessions offer a wide variety of activities.

Esa is passionate about fitness and movement. She thinks that engaging with life through movement is key not just to a healthy body but also a healthy mind. Esa specialises in strength training & core focused movement. You can always expect burpees in her classes!
