What To Expect
Our sessions are body weight-based classes. You will need to be comfortable running short distances over uneven ground. If you are already a runner, you will find upper body strength exercises (like press-ups and burpees) the most challenging. Our sessions work on improving agility, speed, mobility, strength and cardiovascular endurance.
